Eldridge Grade, 3000 vertical feet, great downhills, near catastrophic brake issues, and spectacular views I can’t even begin to describe…Witnessed an attempted airlift, and CPR treatment (though I think the man died on the trail from heart failure). I am so happy about mountain biking!

Great Mountain Bike Ride
Goodness, the Headlands was amazing today, 3:11 of riding, and the steepest climb I’ve ever done up the Montok trail up to the FCC tower…I got a little twisted around on the Alta Trail, and ended up back on Bobcat, and took the tunnel back to SF and rode to the De Young. Great view …
